If you’ve been following the Masciandaro v. U.S. case that we are petitioning to the Supreme Court, you’ll know that the government filed its opposition last week. (We’ve written about this case a few times.) If you haven’t, you can read a quick summary.

We’ve just filed our reply brief, which completes briefing at the petition stage of the case. All we can do now is wait.
